
Marketing & Communications Risk is part of Vanguard’s Global Risk and Security Division. The scope of our work involves Vanguard’s global marketing and advertising operations, public relations, strategic, and crisis communications functions. The Marketing & Communications Risk group reports into the Head of Risk – Planning & Development. In addition to Global Marketing and Global Communications, Vanguard’s Planning & Development (P&D) division includes corporate strategy, innovation, and business development; global investment product strategy, development and oversight; and community stewardship functions. The P&D Risk department is located in Malvern, PA and also covers risk related to strategy and operations in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
