We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist for our FAS Marketing division. The Digital Marketing Strategist leads the strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns designed to meet advisor needs with the right message at the right time. FAS Marketing is at the forefront of our desire to deliver exceptional client experiences for financial advisors.

In this role:
You will partner closely with your aligned pod, functional area experts, and our media and creative teams to create and launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns to financial advisors.
You will also develop the test and learn approach for the digital channels and share learnings with the pods and broader digital marketing strategy team to better position future content and digital strategy.
Lead paid media program development and execution in partnership with media and creative partners.
Partner with functional area experts to vision, design, and implement digital and non-digital solutions including campaign landing pages, email templates, social media posts, direct mail, and other deliverables.
Partner with data analysts to provide insight on campaign performance
Stay current on existing and emerging digital channels and digital marketing technologies.
Serve as the digital marketing expert to our marketing pods—providing strategic recommendations across all channels including web, email, social media, and paid channels.
Collaborate with data analysts to properly structure and measure channel level experimentation strategies and campaigns. Identify and analyze varied sources of data and information to inform campaign decisions.
Partner with your fellow campaign strategists to continuously enhance best practices and identify opportunities for experimentation.
Educate Marketing pods on best practices in integrated marketing and continuously bring in outside perspectives on industry changes.
What it takes:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum five years related work experience.
Specializations that make an impact:
Strong persuasion and influencing skills. Confidence when presenting recommendations.
Ability to drive innovation and think creatively to set and implement a strategy.
A strong collaborative work style.
Special Factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with three days a week in our offices to foster collaboration and Mondays and Fridays with the option to work remote. We do not offer fully remote work for this role. Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
