Product Designer

You’ll provide input on every aspect of UX, from research and concepting, to design and information architecture. In This Role You Will

• Be responsible for the e2e design work for one area of our product, for example the client onboarding journey, and work in a cross-functional team to identify the right opportunities and the right design solutions to deliver a world class client experience
• Work closely with other Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve design problems
• Be responsible for translating insights and hypotheses into UX flows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design screens
• Visually interpret and apply design system components
• Understand and apply brand design guidelines
• Run and support UX Research initiatives such as usability testing, users interviews, card sorting activities, surveys, and related deliverables
• Deliver final UI designs and assets ready for responsive web and native apps
• Partner with and guide developers on design implementation
• Conduct visual QA testing in partnership with development
• Iterate on designs based on feedback loops
• Ensure designs are inclusive and meet accessibility requirements
• Support the communication of design deliveries/features to stakeholders
• Build design artefacts and interactive prototypes for usability testing
• Collaborate with the other designers across teams to ensure consistency of design patterns

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar UX/UI focused role
• A design portfolio with a few case studies demonstrating a design rationale, visual solution, and impact.
• Experience working in an agile environment
• You are self-motivated and outcome oriented

• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, or similar

• Experience in creating and maintaining design libraries

• Passion for user-centred design process

• Problem solving skills and great attention to detail

• Experience in the Investment or Banking sector is a plus but not required
• Fluency in English (German is a plus but not required)

Future of Work

During the pandemic, we transitioned to a work from home model for the majority of our crew and we continue to interview, hire, and on-board future crew remotely.

As we have developed the path forward, we have taken a thoughtful approach that both maximizes the advantages of working remotely and the many benefits of coming together and collaborating in a shared workspace. We believe that in-person interactions among our crew are important for preserving our unique culture and advantageous for the personal development of our crew.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
