The Digital Marketing Demo Experience team is looking for a passionate UX manager who can inspire and guide Demo strategy, roadmaps, design, and implementation through continuous user research and testing. You will influence the product strategy of our sales demos and promote Vanguard’s innovations. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a skilled team through research, UX design and Front-End Development.
This role:
Sets ambitious and clear Demo strategy, develops comprehensive product vision and translates into specific feature strategies and roadmaps.
Works in partnership with cross-divisional teams and senior leaders. Takes into account every aspect of the user's experience, with business and marketing goals, to coordinate and deliver design, prototype, web demo applications, and training, to the highest possible standards. Has advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, interactions, and brand.
Is responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, project prioritization, and building a culture of design excellence.
Works with our IT partners to ensure quality of the implementation.
Expertly presents design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure the success of the strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience.
What it takes:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum five years related work experience, two years of User Experience or User Interface experience.
A portfolio demonstrating excellent User Experience design skills for solving complex problems with clear user and business results.
Specializations that can make an impact:
Prior experience managing or mentoring Researchers, UX designers, and Front-end devs.
Special Factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with three days per week in our Vanguard offices to foster collaboration and innovation and two days per week remote. Fully remote work is not available for this position. Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
