Wealth Management is anchored to 3 strategic pillars: Crew Enablement, Client Centricity and Experience, and Enduring Value Creation
In this role you will:
Have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across Wealth Management client experience journeys and key business partners (i.e., CDAO, PAS, SD, NWoW, Sales) to:

Attract talent and build your team to drive business health and client centricity

Partner with business leaders to establish goals and drive accountability for OKRs
-
Support our strategy to become the most client-centric Retail Direct provider for UHNW clients analyzing key metrics to monitor and measure client experience, building a comprehensive client listening/outreach strategy for your book of business via combination of phone, video-conference and in-person meetings with clients, conduct closed loop feedback process to fuel C/X investments and local problem-solving.

Experiment, Innovate and Develop action within your teams to continuously improve client loyalty through problem-solving and Continuous Improvement Plans in collaboration with team and business partners
Some key skills to be successful in the role include:

Relationship management and sales expertise

Investment acumen and general UHNW wealth management expertise

Foster a high performing team with collaborative culture and strong engagement as front line leader of senior relationship managers

Growth mindset, ability to challenge the status quo, and bias for action to drive improvements for clients and crew

Collaboration, effective partnering, and strong influence across departments

Leadership and subject matter influence of key business initiatives and change efforts

Strong focus on compliance, risk, and oversight
What it Takes:
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Three years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred. Previous people leadership experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- This job requires FINRA series 7,66 & 24 regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
