Within GR&S, the Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of Vanguard crew, property, data, and client assets. We are the trusted advisors that protect the pride of Vanguard with state-of-the-art security and fraud capabilities. In this role, you will:
- Provide guidance and direction for a technical team responsible for the support of applications, databases, and systems. Direct and coordinate technical procedures to resolve production issues after evaluation. Provide infrastructure configuration services on multiple platforms in the test environment.
- Lead the monitoring of production systems for alerts, outages, and system issues. Research issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize risk. Manage the expectations and requirements of business and production support teams.
- Set service level agreements and ensure that support requests are resolved within the service level agreement timeframe. Resolve elevated issues and communicate the resolutions.
- Write and update production support documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Lead improvement efforts and direct changes.
- Operate as an advanced technical partner and maintain strong working relationships with business partners.
- Proactively expands knowledge of systems and shares best practices.
What it takes:
- Minimum of five years related work experience, with two years of Information Technology experience.
- IAM experience required (SailPoint preferred).
- Product Ownership experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
