I can tell you now I’ve been in multiple meetings where at the end of the meeting when we’re talking about an initiative somebody will pause the discussion and ask: does this align with our mission? Is this really what’s best for the end investor?

[Speaker 1]: I felt like I belonged here. This was a good place for me just to, you know, enhance not only my financial literacy but you know, my networking skills and just be part of something that was bigger than me; and really felt like I’m giving back to not only a community but you know, investors everywhere.

[Speaker 3, Carlos, Senior Solutions Architect]: For me the most important thing is really you meet people here from all sorts of cultures, all over the country, all over the world really.

[Speaker 2]: Oh my gosh, the people within Vanguard are smart, they’re driven, they really care about our clients and ultimately they’re fun to be around and great to work with.

[Speaker 1]: Some perks here at Vanguard that are important to me, first thing that comes to mind are additional facilities like the gym, something I like to take advantage of just any off time I get. Secondly, are facilities like crew care being able to actually access a doctor get a checkup during our off time.

[Speaker 2]: Vanguard certainly has a really great work life integration culture.

[Speaker 1]: I find balance in just the workload here at Vanguard and the fact that we have a lot of opportunity while here to serve the client but yet we get to leave that work here.

[Speaker 3]: Vanguard offers a lot of opportunities throughout the year to get involved in the community. One of my favorite things that Vanguard offers is a volunteer day off.
