My Classroom Economy
Our crew created My Classroom Economy® (MyCE), a global program powered by volunteers to support educators in teaching children about financial literacy through fun, free, experiential learning. Since its introduction in 2011, MyCE has been used by more than one million K–12 students throughout the United States and is now available globally in English and Spanish.

Strong Start for Kids
Vanguard’s Strong Start for Kids™ program invests in the development, learning, and joy of young children starting before birth and continuing to age five. The program provides funding and volunteer hours to help improve school readiness and child development, and to give children equitable access to robust early learning experiences.

Creating networks of support and engagement
Crew Resource Groups (CRGs) are employee-led, executive-sponsored communities open to all crew that strengthen connection, inclusion, and engagement across Vanguard. They bring together crew who share common identities, experiences, or interests and actively welcome all crew and allies who want to learn, contribute, and support.
