One thing I think I get really excited about every day is just that you never know where the good idea is going to come from. And so the fact that we have that really collaborative environment and so many talented people across teams, but to see everyone kind of rally around that idea and start throwing out their own ideas and see that start to take shape is really, really fun.

There’s so much to do. So like, you’re not working on just, like, one type of project. You’re working cross-functionally with different teams and being exposed to so many different things in that it really opens your eyes creatively. And I think that’s the cool thing about it.

Yeah, I think a lot of my friends and, you know, outside of Vanguard are like, “Oh, finance, you know, what do you do as a creative in finance?” So the ability to be able to show some of the work that I am doing, and actually prove that some of that is breaking some boundaries, pushing the envelope, has been really, really fun. And I think unexpected from the outside.

The types of roles that I interact with at Vanguard, there are many. You know, writers, content strategists, you know, creative strategists, and then like, art directors. Just beautiful synergy between the teams, you know, and the groups of people to kind of put this product together to share with the public and make it, like, easy to attain, easy to understand.

You get the benefits of working for a company that’s very established, trusted, well known, and you know that you’re doing great things for your clients and investors on a daily basis. But I also get the magic that comes with creatives and working with creatives every day, and the quality creative that comes out of an agency.

There is just so much talent here. There is so much opportunity here for you to grow. I’ve only been here a short amount of time, but the projects that I’ve been able to consult and get involved with is just amazing.
