Our robust network of employee resource groups, which we call Crew Resource Groups (CRGs), helps to foster community, connection, and professional development opportunities.
Vanguard’s Black Organization for Leadership & Dialogue (BOLD) recently celebrated 10 years. BOLD is committed to cultivating Black engagement in Vanguard by encouraging Black crew to harness their unique strengths, by making space for them to share their perspectives and raise their voices, and by ensuring they have opportunities and support to succeed in their careers and beyond.
