Promotes departmental and corporate wide learning by delivering advanced level and/or complex learning to crew. Provide leadership, coaching, consultation, and training recommendations to deliver best-in-class learning solutions.
Core Responsibilities
1. Prepares learning agenda and programs relevant to crew in a particular business unit or job area. Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for crew. May design or develop specific training programs.
2. Recommends changes to training programs based on analysis of learning and development program feedback or course evaluations. Judges effectiveness of learning programs and implements suggestions for improvements.
3. Ensures learning courses and programs are delivered through the most suitable methodologies, such as individual coaching, classroom training, virtual learning, and various other modules.
4. Researches new training methods and determines relevancy to crew. Analyzes results of learning course evaluations and identifies improvements. Leads initiatives to drive improvements for continued suggestions toward the career development ecosystem.
5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum of three years related work experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
