The Institutional Full-Service Transformation program is a significant, multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiative focused on modernizing the experience for our participants and plan sponsors. As part of this effort, we are assembling full-stack teams to transition our applications to a cloud-based platform. In line with our commitment to excellence, we are now looking for dedicated Quality Assurance Analysts to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the development of top-notch applications that consistently meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
This role:

Collaborates on the project’s Test Strategy during the planning phase and ensures implementation of this plan to ensure an accurate and effective product.
-
Ensures the test approach aligns with standard key control policies.
-
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute manual test cases and exploratory tests following the Test Case standards.

Collaborates closely with Developers to create automated tests, actively participating in the development of automated tests across all levels of the "test pyramid" – including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End system tests. Participates in Automation code reviews.

Identifies and/or provisions test data using homegrown tools, vendor products, or manual efforts.
What it takes:
-
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
-
5 years of business analysis experience, including 5 years of relevant testing experience, both manual and/or automated testing.

IIG domain knowledge is preferred.
-
Experience with testing and collaboration tools or equivalent: Jira, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Protractor.

Strong facilitation and elicitation skills,
-
Strong interviewing, probing, influence skill,
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Good communications skills, both written & verbal.
