You’ve taken time away from work to be there for those close to you. Now, take time for yourself as you prepare to return to the workforce. Vanguard appreciates the challenge of making the leap to reenter the job market and wants to help you ease your way back. Through our 11-week paid Return to Work program, we’ll work closely with you to refresh and reactivate your skills, while you learn about Vanguard’s culture, investment philosophy, and how we work on a daily basis to meet the needs of our clients and help them reach their financial goals. The program focuses on your previous sales experience.
Upcoming Information Session
Wednesday, May 22, 2024
Are you curious about how your skills could be used to advocate for investors in the financial services industry? Vanguard invites those returning to the workforce to a ‘Come Find Out About’ session where returners can learn more about a career path in finance. While many associate a career in investment services with funds and numbers, empathy and communication skills often win the day! The session will be on Wednesday, May 22 at 2 p.m., Eastern time and will be hosted by managers of Vanguard’s Return to Work Program who have held various roles in the industry both at Vanguard and elsewhere. We look forward to your questions and to helping you learn!
